Team Work

It´s fashionable for one to say that he likes team work. But the fact is that most people are incompetent even to work alone... And these usually think that team work is just being nice to other people in their team, not realising that the team work requires special techniques to be effective. The result is a lot of incompetent and inefficient teams in the world.
