VOCTA

This tuesday happened the VOCTA (Volta Olímpica do CTA), which is part of the OI (Olimpíada Interna) and is a race of about 5km around the CTA. I was not willing to participate because I had a flu some days before, but everybody was so enthuasiastic that i changed my mind. I arrived at position 25, 8 postions better than in my first year! This improvement is probably due to my better ability to control my breath today...  Posted at 17:46
